Ingredients
- 113g (1/2 cup) infused butter, melted
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 150g (3/4 cup) brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 190g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- 2Mash bananas in a large bowl. Stir in melted infused butter and brown sugar.
- 3Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- 4Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined.
- 5Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 6Bake 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
