FAQ
How much THC is in a cannabis cookie?
This recipe uses ½ cup cannabutter split across 24 cookies. With standard cannabutter (48 mg/tbsp), total THC is ~384 mg — about 16 mg per cookie. Use the BatchCraft calculator to hit a specific target, like 5 mg or 10 mg per cookie, by adjusting cannabutter strength or batch size.
Why does this recipe use half cannabutter and half regular butter?
Mixing half cannabutter and half regular butter dilutes potency per serving to a more manageable level, and improves flavor since cannabutter can have a grassy taste at high concentrations. Adjust the ratio for stronger or milder cookies.
Can I freeze cannabis cookies?
Yes. Cannabis cookies freeze well for up to 3 months. Wrap individually so you can take one at a time without thawing the whole batch. Label with mg per cookie before freezing.
